Contests aren’t just about winning prizes, they’re about creating brand awareness and excitement by engaging with customers, staff and suppliers in a unique way. To make the 5th year of the Club Sobeys loyalty program special, the marketing team wanted to change things up and make it a 5th ‘birthday’ celebration. We were involved with concept development and design of all the graphics including in-store signage & decor, banners, web and email elements, contest scratch cards, vendor presentation materials and flyer layouts. By making things bright & bold with plenty of in-store birthday decor, it took an otherwise inconsequential program milestone and leveraged it into sales and membership event complete with prizes, gifts, savings and birthday cake! The Club Sobeys 5th Birthday was a success, and actually made grocery shopping festive and fun!
